NUT-FREE | EGG-FREE | VEGETARIAN | CANE SUGAR FREE | 6 EASY PANTRY/FRIDGE INGREDIENTS | THERMOMIX
- 120g organic butter
- 50g honey (or maple)
- 1tspn bicarb
- 100g oats
- 150g plain flour
- 65g coconut sugar
- pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees celsius
- line an oven tray with unbleached baking paper
- Throw butter (lightly chopped) & honey in the thermo
- Set to 60 degrees for 2 minutes on speed 2
- add bicarb then 5 seconds on speed 2
- Add oats, flour & coconut sugar – REVERSE speed 4 for 10 seconds
- Shape cookies into preferred size – we did the first tray at about 5cm diameter & 2nd tray about double the size. Both options work perfectly
- Cook for 10 minutes @ 170 degrees celsius
- Cool on a rack
