I am an Accountability & Health Coach, having qualified from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016.
I believe in modern medicine & always recommend you visit a Doctor for anything serious.
A one off session in your home to make your pantry both nourishing and easy to navigate, plus plastic-free
I look at a combination of career, relationships, spirituality, physical activity & toxin load & their contribution to your health
Work with me on one off or long-term projects including graphic design, project management & marketing strategy for your small to medium hospitality business.
My passions lie in maternal health, especially return to work Mums juggling full lives with young children. Having juggled many scenarios – solo parenting for extended periods of time, part-time work, full-time work & the joys of everything in between! I have a genuine passion for healthy living – enjoying nutrient dense seasonal food, limiting the toxins in our home & surrounding environment, as well as encouraging movement every day. I don’t believe in a one size fits all when it comes to anything – we all thrive from a different combination of foods, whether that’s being vegan, low-sugar or paleo. I believe that relationships are a fundamental contributor to your wellness – whether that’s a group of friends, family, or a co-habiting relationship. Your wellbeing is my priority. I am not a Doctor & will never claim to have any medical expertise. I believe the two can be a great synergy.

Professionally for the last 16 years I have worked in back of house hospitality, predominately in systems, branding & marketing. I genuinely love assisting small to medium Hospitality venue groups (most of my experience lies in restaurants, pubs & cafes). I have been involved in eight venue openings since 2006. I have been instrumental in setting up new reservation software, marketing tools, & getting businesses on track with a clear brand message & aesthetic.
