I decided during University I wanted to work in Event Management (it was a la mode at the time but I was unaware what a gruelling role it could be!). I worked for a large Event Management Company in London, both in an admin capacity & operationally. On my return to Australia, I have worked in a variety of venues first in operations (Coogee Bay Hotel) then in a Back of House / Brand / Marketing Manager capacity including the Sydney Boulevard Hotel, CYC at Rushcutters Bay, Pacific Restaurant Group including Kingsleys & Chophouse for 5 years, with a brief stint working on hospitality budgets for Interior Firm Loop Creative, followed by Longrain for 4 years, then China Diner Group & the London for 5 years from 2015-2020.

I have been designing Menus for over 15 years for a variety of restaurants, pubs & cafes along with signage, posters, business cards & other collateral from matchboxes to coasters.

I love assisting small to medium Hospitality venue groups (most of my experience lies in restaurants, pubs & cafes). I have been involved in eight venue openings since 2006 as well as being instrumental in setting up new reservation software, back of house systems, marketing tools, & getting businesses on track with a clear brand message & aesthetic. Most recently I have created graphics for Queenhood & Queen St Kitchen.
